We placed an order from the Ebebek online store during the February discounts on February 22. However, they did not ship our order. They initially stated that it would be shipped within 4 business days, but after 9 business days, we had to call and file a complaint to get them to finally ship it. When the products arrived, all of them were damaged. We contacted customer service and filed another complaint, and they told us that we would receive a response within 48 hours. However, no one got back to us. When we called again, they simply said, “The warehouse has not responded, and we couldn’t resolve your issue.” We will never shop from this company again, and neither will our family and friends! No company should treat its customers this poorly. We are extremely disappointed with both Ebebek’s online store and its customer service!
