Ebebek High Chair Collapsed—Unsafe for Babies & No Proper Resolution

I purchased a high chair from Ebebek, and after just 20 minutes of use, the legs suddenly gave out, causing my baby to fall! If my older child hadn’t caught him in time, the consequences could have been devastating. I don’t even want to imagine what could have happened.

I immediately contacted the company, explaining that I do not want the same defective product and requested an exchange for a different model, with the price difference covered by Ebebek. I also reported that the stroller I bought from them has a faulty lock and asked for a replacement.

Instead of properly addressing the issue, they only offered to replace the high chair with the same model. Who is responsible for the price difference? More importantly, who ensures these products are safe? This company needs to take accountability and properly inspect its baby products before selling them! I demand a full resolution!
