I Missed the Discount for Ebebek High Chair and Got No Help

There was an extra 20% Hepsipay discount on the Ebebek brand high chair I wanted to buy through the app. That evening, I couldn’t complete the purchase due to having a small baby to care for. The next day, the discount was gone. I visited a store the following day and was told the offer had ended. I then called customer service, explained my situation, and asked if the discount would return, but they said it wouldn’t. Now, the same product is back on sale in the app. Yesterday, I called customer service again to ask if they could refund the difference as store credit. They asked for a screenshot, so I sent an image showing the lower price listed online. Today, I received a call from a woman who, while audibly chewing and smacking her lips on the phone, rudely told me, “That doesn’t count as a discount—you already bought it at a reduced price.” When I said, “Then I’d like to return it,” she replied, “You can return it at the store.” While every other platform refunds the price difference without hassle, here we are in 2025, going through multiple calls only to be rejected.
