Double Delivery, No Return Code, Still Waiting for Refund - eBebek
On May 6, I ordered a scooter through the eBebek app. The same day, I called to request a return, but they told me I could only initiate a return once the product was shipped. As soon as the item was shipped, I called again and requested the return. On May 7, the product was returned to them. I called every day asking for a refund, but no refund was issued. Then, on May 14, they delivered the same product to me again using a different shipping company. I explained that I had already requested a return multiple times and that there were records of this in their system. They acknowledged the records and said it was a warehouse mistake and that the product had been resent by accident. They told me to return it again. However, the app doesn’t show that the product has been delivered to me, so I can’t get a return code. I’ve called several times to report this, and they kept telling me it would be fixed the same day, but now it’s been two days and I still haven’t received a return code, so I’m unable to return the product. I want the product picked up from me as soon as possible and my money refunded.
