ebebek Keeps Sending Me a Rocking Lamb Instead of the Rocking Donkey I Ordered

On August 9, 2025, I purchased a rocking donkey with order number 5830121187 through the Ebebek app, but I keep receiving a rocking lamb instead. Each time I return the product and request an exchange, customer service apologizes and promises to resolve the issue, yet after two weeks I am sent the lamb again. Despite multiple calls and exchange requests, the process keeps repeating, and today I was told that an exchange will no longer be approved, only a refund. I specifically ordered a rocking donkey, paid ₺1,429.39 by card, and for nearly a month I have been struggling with this incorrect delivery. If I had wanted a lamb, I would have ordered one, so I am requesting that the error be corrected and the correct product—the rocking donkey—be sent to me.
