EasyJet Charged Me €96 for Baggage Despite Having a Valid Allowance
Even though we had a baggage allowance of 15 kilograms, EasyJet still charged us €96 at the airport. Our bags were within the airline’s size and weight limits, with each weighing only 7 kilograms. However, they charged us for both bags, which is completely unfair. We are especially dissatisfied with the staff at the Italy airport, and though we’re unsure of the name, it sounded like A*****. This issue caused a lot of frustration, and we expect a full refund of the unjust charges. EasyJet needs to ensure their staff follows the baggage rules properly and stop overcharging passengers. Please resolve this issue promptly!
