Problems with Dyson's Repair and Delivery Services

I purchased a Dyson product via Trendyol and sent it to their technical support. After completing the repair process, Dyson delivered the product to "Kolay Gelsin," shipping company. The shipping company, however, refuses to deliver my product to me because Dyson provided them with an incorrect phone number. Despite multiple conversations with Dyson, I am unable to obtain results. They only provide me with canned responses such as "a file has been opened and we will contact you shortly." The solution was surprisingly straightforward. They ought to have contacted the shipping company to rectify the error. Unfortunately, they have not yet resolved the issue, and I have not received my product for several days. I want them to immediately resolve the issue and deliver the product to me.
