Dyson Failed to Deliver My Promotional Vacuum and Refused to Honor the Offer

I want to share the inconvenience I experienced due to Dyson and their delivery partner, 'Kolay Gelsin'. I purchased a vacuum cleaner from Dyson during a promotional campaign and received a message from 'Kolay Gelsin' on December 21st stating that the delivery would take place that day. However, I didn’t receive any follow-up calls or SMS from them on Saturday, December 21st. Assuming the delivery would be completed at the beginning of the following week, I waited. Then, on Tuesday, December 24th, I received an SMS stating that my order had been returned to Dyson. When I contacted 'Kolay Gelsin', they said there was nothing they could do and advised me to reach out to Dyson. Normally, when delivery companies fail to reach the recipient, they send a follow-up notification with options such as re-dispatching or collecting the package from the branch. I received no such notice. Instead, I was abruptly informed that my order had been returned. When I reached out to Dyson to resolve the issue, I was told they couldn’t address the inconvenience caused by 'Kolay Gelsin'. Their response was, “The promotion for the product you purchased has ended; you can buy it again if you wish.” This caused financial harm through no fault of my own and disregarded my rights as a consumer. I will escalate my complaints to the relevant authorities. My request is straightforward: I want Dyson to send me the product I purchased under the same promotional terms without further hassle. Their dismissive attitude is unacceptable, demonstrating a lack of interest in protecting the brand’s reputation, ensuring customer satisfaction, or supporting a wronged customer. I demand that Dyson honor their commitment and deliver the product I purchased as promised.
