I own a Dyson V11 cordless vacuum, and recently, I started experiencing battery issues. After a video consultation with Dyson customer service, I was told that my battery had reached the end of its lifespan and that I needed to replace it. Following their advice, I purchased an original Dyson battery from Dyson.com.tr, but the issue persisted.
I contacted customer service again, and after another video call, they took my device in for service. The response? They claimed the device had entered protection mode but found no actual problem. However, after receiving my vacuum back, the same issue continued.
This has now happened twice, with Dyson service following the same process without actually fixing the issue. I am frustrated and tired of repeating this cycle. I do not want to waste more time with another service request just to hear the same scripted response.
