Dyson Service Damaged My V11 Vacuum and Returned It Nonfunctional After Months

I delivered my Dyson V11 vacuum cleaner to service on August 13 because it intermittently displayed a warning that the air ducts were clogged. However, since the service intervention, my vacuum cleaner has stopped working altogether. The product, which was functioning before, was returned to me in worse condition. After waiting for two and a half months, I received the vacuum cleaner back, but it was not operational when I brought it home. I plugged it into the charger for 24 hours, but it still did not work. When I contacted Dyson’s live support, they informed me that the battery was dead. This explanation was not convincing, as I had never experienced any battery-related issues before sending the vacuum to service. If the battery had been weak, I would have noticed a performance drop during use, but this was never the case. It is evident that the service damaged the battery during their handling of the product. Additionally, they replaced the chamber group and body for ₺3800, but the vacuum remains unusable. While the Dyson V11 is an excellent product, Dyson's service, particularly in Turkey, falls far short of acceptable standards. This experience has been highly disappointing.
