I purchased the latest Dyson Airwrap in the new purple color directly from the Dyson store at İstinyePark AVM in İzmir on March 31, 2025. When I opened the box at home, I immediately noticed that the small cleaning brush—an essential tool for maintaining the filter—was missing. This tool is supposed to be included in the set, yet it was nowhere to be found.
I contacted Dyson customer service to explain the issue and expected a quick resolution. Instead, I was told, “We can’t help you,” simply because the box doesn’t mention the brush explicitly on the packaging. This is an unacceptable response. I paid a premium price for this product and received an incomplete set.
Even if the packaging doesn't list it, the cleaning tool is standard with all Airwrap models and has been included with past versions. It is frustrating to feel dismissed over such a small but important part. I demand Dyson send me the missing brush immediately. This lack of care is not what I expect from a brand with such a reputation. Please make this right.
