I’ve Been Waiting Months for Dyson Gen5detect Furniture Tool—Still Out of Stock

I’ve been trying to purchase the Dyson Gen5detect™ (Purple/Grey) under-furniture tool since December 23, 2023—and still haven’t been able to get it. My order number is 7001613171. It’s now been months, and all I keep hearing from Dyson is, “It’s out of stock, we’ll get back to you.”

This is beyond frustrating. My vacuum is nearly two years old now, and I still can’t get a basic accessory to make full use of the product. I’ve seen many other customers complain about the same issue, yet nothing seems to be done. How long are we expected to wait? Are we supposed to start manufacturing the parts ourselves?

Dyson, this is not acceptable. You sell premium-priced products—then fail to support them with essential accessories. I demand that this issue be resolved immediately, and that Dyson restock or ship the missing part without further delay.
