My Dyson GEN5DETECT Vacuum Broke and Is Unavailable for Repair
I purchased my Dyson GEN5DETECT cordless vacuum on November 28, 2023, from Trendyol. After two months, the wheel on the head of my vacuum, which enables it to move back and forth, broke. I contacted Dyson customer service for support and was informed that the part was out of stock. Why are you selling a product as a new model when it's not available in stock? I have called numerous times over the past six months, and the part is still unavailable. I am unable to use my Dyson vacuum, which I paid for and was highly recommended.
