Incorrect Shipping Code of Dyson Vacuum Maintenance Package

I purchased the Dyson vacuum maintenance package but Dyson repeatedly provided an incorrect shipping code which prevented the courier company from dispatching the product. Each time I contacted Dyson they assured me the issue was fixed but the same problem kept happening. I had to make numerous calls between Dyson and the courier company to resolve the issue while Dyson made me handle its own technical problem failed to cooperate and took no responsibility for an issue that was not my fault. Despite spending hours trying to fix a problem caused entirely by Dyson I received no compensation or even a proper apology. Because of the problems I faced during the shipping process I do not recommend the Dyson vacuum maintenance package to anyone.

I gave the Dyson vacuum cleaner for a maintenance package. However, despite my intense efforts over the past 2 days, my vacuum cleaner is still waiting at the branch due to their failure to ship it, offering solutions as if mocking, not making calls, and not solving the cargo code problem. There is a very poorly managed maintenance network that burdens the customer with the code problem between Yurtiçi Cargo and Dyson throughout the working day. If you want to be extremely regretful, unable to even send your vacuum cleaner by cargo, and be kept on the phone for hours, buy a Dyson and see what you will experience when you want to send it for maintenance. Today is almost the end of the working day and they still haven't taken a step to solve the cargo problem. The cargo company states that it cannot send the waiting cargo due to a code error, and the Dyson team wants this problem to be solved by the customer. They absolutely do not take steps to solve their own code errors and are victimizing the customer. If you want to send it for maintenance and be drowned in phone traffic with unresolved issues and frustration, you can go ahead and buy a maintenance package. I deeply regret buying a Dyson. I never want to deal with it again.

I was not called in any way. I made the calls throughout the process and learned as a result of my persistent calls that Dyson had initially misled me. The experience I had was extremely troublesome and took up all my time. If it weren't for my persistent calls, I wouldn't have learned that there is no shipping process in the maintenance package, that a shipping code should not be created, and that it should only be picked up from home by the Kolay Gelsin shipping company. Not a single person from Dyson was by my side during the process. When I called for the maintenance package, the customer representative on the phone offered the option of dropping it off at Yurtiçi Kargo because I was working and it couldn't be picked up from home during working hours. So I did. However, this situation contained incorrect information from the start. I went back to the cargo and retrieved the product. On Saturday, 15.02.2025, the Kolay Gelsin company came and picked it up from home. Yet, when I first called for the maintenance package, the Saturday option was not offered. In other words, it is impossible to have such a misleading and tiring process for a customer. It was absolutely terrible. I wouldn't want anyone to have such an experience. I dealt separately with the shipping company and Dyson during my working hours. If my vacuum didn't need maintenance, I definitely wouldn't want to deal with such a service experience. As of today, no information has been provided, and only an automatic message has been sent through this website. I have no information about whether my vacuum has reached the technical service or is under maintenance. Unfortunately, I deeply regret purchasing this maintenance package.
