I gave the Dyson vacuum cleaner for a maintenance package. However, despite my intense efforts over the past 2 days, my vacuum cleaner is still waiting at the branch due to their failure to ship it, offering solutions as if mocking, not making calls, and not solving the cargo code problem. There is a very poorly managed maintenance network that burdens the customer with the code problem between Yurtiçi Cargo and Dyson throughout the working day. If you want to be extremely regretful, unable to even send your vacuum cleaner by cargo, and be kept on the phone for hours, buy a Dyson and see what you will experience when you want to send it for maintenance. Today is almost the end of the working day and they still haven't taken a step to solve the cargo problem. The cargo company states that it cannot send the waiting cargo due to a code error, and the Dyson team wants this problem to be solved by the customer. They absolutely do not take steps to solve their own code errors and are victimizing the customer. If you want to send it for maintenance and be drowned in phone traffic with unresolved issues and frustration, you can go ahead and buy a maintenance package. I deeply regret buying a Dyson. I never want to deal with it again.
