Dyson Sent a Defective Filter and Offered a Cleaning Package to Fix the Problem

I contacted customer service regarding the filter clogging issue with my Dyson upright vacuum cleaner. The representative explained how to clean the filter and promised to send a replacement. However, the filter they sent was also defective. When I reported this, they offered a one-time cleaning package for ₺2499, stating they could only fix the problem if I paid. After agreeing, I was left waiting every day at the cargo company with an incorrect code—Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I had to make one-hour phone calls each day for five days, yet the issue remains unresolved. I am completely dissatisfied with Dyson. Let this be a lesson for potential buyers—think twice before choosing Dyson. For me, Dyson is nothing but regret.

Despite calling you multiple times for a response, you did not get back to me, so how can I expect a solution from you now? You kept me on the phone for hours and couldn't cover the shipping cost of a product from the account, let alone give me an address and say 'you pay and send it.' Despite mentioning these things multiple times, my machine hasn't been working or cleaning for 10 days, but of course, this is not a situation that concerns you.
