I’ve had nothing but frustration since the day I bought the Dyson V11 Absolute. From the beginning, the vacuum has constantly had issues—part after part breaking down. Every time I contact customer service, they act like they’re going to help, but it quickly turns into an endless waiting game.
Most recently, one of the parts broke again. At first, they told me they would ship a replacement right away. I waited. Then suddenly the story changed: “The part is not in stock.” That’s the same answer I keep getting, and I’m tired of it. Why make promises if you can’t keep them? Why sell a product at a premium—₺—and not have basic spare parts readily available?
Trying to get a resolution is a loop of false assurances and delays. It’s clear that Dyson prioritizes flashy marketing over actual customer support. I’ve completely lost confidence in both the product and the brand.
To anyone considering this vacuum: do your research carefully. The product may look great on the surface, but if anything goes wrong, you’ll be stuck like I am—with a broken vacuum and no real help.
Dyson, stop making excuses and start backing your products properly. I want this issue resolved immediately.
