This week, I purchased a Dyson V15 Detect Absolute vacuum cleaner for ₺23,000. To my disbelief, the motor, power button, and suction attachment all broke on the second day of use. A vacuum cleaner at this price point failing within two days is unacceptable.
I contacted Dyson customer service and specifically requested a replacement unit rather than a repair, as the vacuum was practically new. Despite my insistence, they refused and offered only to repair it. I had no choice but to return the product.
This experience has been deeply disappointing. If a vacuum falls apart within two days, I can’t imagine its condition after a year. I will escalate my complaint through every available channel and expect Dyson to address this issue promptly.
