Dyson V15 Detect Absolute Faulty Dustbin and Poor Service Response

I purchased a Dyson V15 Detect Absolute and couldn’t even use it for 10 days before it broke. The plastic part and the clasp inside the dustbin came off. After a video call with the technical service, they assured me they would send a replacement dustbin, stating it was a manufacturing issue. However, after three weeks, they informed me they couldn't send a new dustbin and would need to take mine in for repair, which would take up to 20 days. I spent ₺30,000 on this vacuum, and now I can't use it, and they’re just wasting my time. I deeply regret not choosing an alternative brand. Dyson seems to have nothing but the name, and no substance to back it up.
