I am disappointed with Dyson's lack of support regarding my V15 Detect vacuum cleaner's brush head issue. Previously, when the head broke, Dyson provided assistance, but now that it has stopped rotating and no longer vacuums properly, they refuse to replace it.
Instead, I am being asked to pay 3,500₺ for a single replacement part. If this same part keeps failing, how is that my fault? A vacuum cleaner’s primary function is to sweep and clean, and the main brush head is now useless. Without it, my expensive Dyson vacuum is just collecting dust.
I refuse to buy any Dyson products again. Dyson, take responsibility for your defective parts and offer a solution!
