BDG UPI Deposit Pending

I deposited 1000 rupees to BDG on 3 May via UPI from my bank account, using the UPI ID 8238889***@indianbk. The amount has been deducted from my bank, but on BDG the payment is still showing as pending and the money has not been credited. I have the transaction details and proof of payment from my bank, which clearly show that the 1000 rupees were successfully debited to the UPI ID 8238889***@indianbk. Even though the payment shows as pending on BDG, the money has already left my bank account. I request that my 1000 rupees be immediately returned and refunded back to my bank account, as the payment has not been completed correctly on BDG. I am submitting this complaint so that this issue can be checked urgently and my money can be refunded without any further delay.
