We purchased a Dyson V8 cordless vacuum directly from the Dyson website. After receiving the product, we charged it as instructed, but even after three days, it didn’t hold any charge.
We contacted Dyson’s support team, and they assured us that the product would be taken back for a return. However, days have passed, and no one has come to pick it up. Despite repeated calls, their responses have been dismissive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, one of their representatives even suggested filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee in a condescending manner.
It’s disappointing to see a brand like Dyson fail to support its customers or stand behind its product. This delay seems like a deliberate tactic to exhaust the 14-day return period. Dyson’s lack of accountability and unprofessional attitude is unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution and a full refund.
