I chose Dyson specifically because I believed it stood for quality and professionalism. Sadly, what I’ve experienced over the last two months has destroyed any trust I had in the brand—and shown there’s no real commitment to customer satisfaction.
The vacuum head of my Dyson cordless vacuum broke more than two months ago. It’s still under warranty, yet I’ve been left hanging. I’ve called customer service countless times, and each time I’m told the same vague excuse: “The part is being sourced. Please wait.” That’s all I ever hear. But nothing actually happens—no replacement sent, no updates, no solution.
Meanwhile, I can’t even clean my home properly. The vacuum is just sitting useless. I paid a premium—₺—for what was supposed to be a high-end product, but the lack of support is beyond unacceptable.
Why sell a product if you can’t provide its replacement parts? Why offer a warranty if you’re not going to honor it?
I’m giving Dyson 7 days to resolve this. If I don’t receive the part or a clear resolution within that time, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and pursuing every legal right available to seek product replacement and compensation.
