I fully charge my Dyson V8 cordless vacuum, but after the charging cycle completes and the lights turn off, I turn it on only to see just two battery bars instead of three. This means the vacuum is not charging properly, and worse, the battery drains almost immediately, even when not used at maximum power.
I have contacted Dyson customer service multiple times, but they keep stalling and offering no real solutions. I expect a premium brand like Dyson to stand behind its products, yet all I get is delays and excuses.
If this issue is normal, let a Dyson technician inspect the vacuum at my home and prove it. Otherwise, Dyson needs to fix or replace my unit immediately. A vacuum at this price point should not have battery issues so soon!
