I ordered the Dyson V15s Submarine vacuum, but one of the parts arrived scratched and deformed. It’s clear that the damage likely occurred during packaging or shipping. For a premium product like Dyson, this is completely unacceptable.

I immediately reached out to request a replacement, as the product is brand new and should not have any defects. I expect Dyson to take responsibility for this issue and replace the damaged part promptly. This kind of oversight does not align with the quality I expected when purchasing from Dyson. I hope for a quick resolution to restore my trust in the brand. Please address this issue without further delay.
