Dyson V15 Terrible Customer Support

I sent my Dyson V15 model vacuum cleaner in for service due to a problem with the top chamber. Before sending it, I spoke with customer service and received assurance that there would be no issues during the service. However, when my vacuum cleaner returned from service, its hose was visibly battered, dented, and damaged, as if it had been mishandled. They tried to blame the shipping, but it was clear that this damage couldn't have occurred during transit. The packaging was impeccable. To add insult to injury, the service center shamelessly sent us back the vacuum with the damaged hose. When we requested a replacement, they claimed they could only send the hose and that's it. The replacement hose they sent resembled a low-quality market item. We're simply asking for our product to be returned in its original box. They keep saying it's out of stock, and that's as far as it goes. I've never experienced such a horrendous customer service process, even from the worst brands. We've been in communication every day, every single day! I'm beyond frustrated!
