My spouse bought me a Dyson V15s Submarine vacuum from Panora as a gift, and it arrived as a defective product right out of the box! The battery was completely dead, and we couldn't get it to turn on at all. This has been an enormous disappointment.

We demand that Dyson address this negative experience with a gift and correct the error made during the refund process for the returned product. The company has left us without answers, taking five days just to initiate action, and has made absolutely no effort to make amends. For a product with such a high brand value, this kind of attitude is both upsetting and destructive. I now have no reason left to choose the Dyson brand ever again.

Dyson, you need to rectify this immediately! Provide a full refund for this defective V15s Submarine and compensate us for the immense frustration your faulty product and terrible customer service have caused.
