I regret ordering the Dyson V15s Detect Submarine vacuum. It has been 9 days, and the status still shows as "preparation in progress." When I call customer service, I only hear excuses about high order volume. This is unacceptable.

For comparison, orders from platforms like Temu arrive from China within 8 days. Dyson and Hepsiburada should take note and improve their customer service standards. The lack of efficiency and customer satisfaction is frustrating. I expect my order to be shipped immediately, and this delay addressed. Dyson should focus on providing the level of service expected for a premium brand.

"They called from customer service. They mentioned that they called regarding my complaint on the complaint platform about the standing unit not being delivered. They said they would investigate the issue. I also stated that the standing unit should be sent to me with photographic evidence and proof. They said they would review it and get back to me. No solution has been provided yet, and I am waiting."
