I bought the Dyson V15s Detect Submarine vacuum cleaner from the Dyson store on December 1. While the vacuum arrived on December 6, the promised stand unit has yet to be delivered, and it's been 15 days now. Even after addressing the issue with Trendyol's customer service, they continue to reference high demand as the cause for the delay, as evidenced by the attached photos, yet no substantial progress has been achieved. I anticipated improved coordination and quicker service from both Dyson and Trendyol, considering the brand's reputation. I kindly ask that the stand unit be sent to me right away, as this process has taken much longer than it should for a simple delivery.
