I am writing to raise a complaint about repeated problems with withdrawals on 1win via IMPS. Within the last 30 hours, I have tried to make two withdrawals, both of which were cancelled. In addition, one of my withdrawal requests has been stuck in “pending” status for around 7 hours without any progress or clear information. My 1win game ID is 336239182. Because of these issues, I contacted 1win customer support both through the app and on Telegram. In the app and on Telegram, I was told to send an email, which I did, but I have not received any reply to my email. On Telegram, I was also told that the issue would be looked into, but so far, nothing has been fixed, and my withdrawals are still not being processed properly. I request that my withdrawal be successfully processed to my bank account without any further delay, or that a clear and permanent solution be provided so that I can withdraw my funds safely and without repeated failures. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, and my funds to be made available to me without any further problems.

However, my account dashboard shows that the data is verified, so I do not understand whether this is a technical issue or something else. I have already sent an email with my documents, as advised, to [email protected]. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
