Sixteen days ago, on January 29, I deposited ₹1,000 (approximately $12 USD) via bank transfer into my 1win sports betting account, but the funds still have not been credited to my balance. The transaction reference/UTR number for this deposit is 396345910486.
Since the deposit did not go through, I have been contacting 1win customer support repeatedly for several days. Each time, I am told that my ticket has been registered and that the issue will be processed within seven days. However, nothing has been resolved, and the $12 USD has still not been credited to my account.
I am requesting that the $12 USD be immediately credited to my 1win betting account without any further delay and that this ongoing issue be resolved as soon as possible.
Today I made a deposit to my 1win account at around 1:26 via scanner using Google Pay for an amount of ₹2000. The money has been successfully deducted from my Google Pay/bank account, but in the 1win app the deposit was shown as cancelled and the amount has not been added to my 1win balance.
I contacted 1win customer support about this issue and they informed me that I have to wait 7 days. I find this unacceptable because the payment has already been taken from my account and I am left without either my money or the corresponding balance in my 1win account.
I request that my ₹2000 deposit be added to my 1win balance without any further delay, or that you urgently resolve this payment issue so I am not at a loss.
