About a week ago, the brush head of my Dyson V15 vacuum stopped rotating. I only washed the brush roller itself, then waited a full 24 hours for it to dry completely before reinstalling it. I didn’t use any chemicals or cleaning products—only water.
Despite this, when I called Dyson customer service, they told me the issue was considered “user error” simply because I had washed the brush, and they refused to replace the part. However, my device is still under warranty, and I firmly believe that the problem with the brush head is not caused by user misuse.
There are no other malfunctions or warning lights—only the brush roller not spinning. Since my product is still covered by warranty, I request that the brush head be replaced free of charge. My shipment code is 916125684583. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved urgently.
