Hello, I own a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner, and recently the cleaner head suddenly stopped spinning without any warning or prior issue. I reached out to Dyson customer service, expecting help under warranty or at least a paid repair option. But instead, I was told that there was nothing they could do.
I made it clear that this was not a result of user error, and I was even willing to pay for the repair out of pocket just to get the issue resolved. Yet again, I was denied any support. Their response? That I would need to go on the website and order a completely new part myself.
I find this completely unacceptable for a premium product like the Dyson V15. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay ₺20,000+ for a high-end vacuum only to be told you're on your own when a critical part fails unexpectedly. There was no accountability, no warranty support, and no offer of a reasonable solution—just a cold redirection to the sales page.
