Dyson V12 Warranty Hassle

Turkcell Pasaj was the retailer from whom I purchased a Dyson V12 with a valid warranty. Unfortunately, the device developed a flaw, so we took it to the service center, where they examined it and determined that it is indeed qualified to be replaced with a new device. Nonetheless, Turkcell Pasaj claims that they do not have the product in stock and that the only refund they can provide is for the original purchase price. This resolution will not be accepted, and I expect to receive the brand new Dyson V12 that is rightfully mine. Why does Dyson.com not stand behind the products they sell and collaborate with sellers who prioritize making sales over ensuring customer satisfaction?
