We purchased the Dyson V12 directly from a Dyson store, trusting it would be reliable. The sales team assured us that even in cases of user error, Dyson would repair or replace the product under warranty. Based on these claims, we decided to buy it.
However, when the vacuum developed an issue, I contacted Dyson support, and after a video inspection, they confirmed that while the repair would be handled by the service center, replacements are not offered. They also stated that for user-related issues, repairs would be charged. This directly contradicts the promises made at the time of purchase.
I will escalate this matter legally and demand that Dyson replace the faulty product and provide a renewed 2-year warranty. Selling an expensive product without honoring your commitments is unacceptable. Dyson, stand behind your product and resolve this issue immediately!
