Pinterest Web Version Not Working on Desktop

I can use my Pinterest account on mobile without any problems, but for the past three days I have not been able to use it properly on my computer. When I try to log in through the web version, the account takes a very long time to load and often gets stuck. Even when it eventually opens, I cannot view my pins, access the settings, log out, or save any content. The page constantly freezes, yet no error message appears on the screen.

Thinking the issue might be browser-related, I first cleared the cache in Opera GX and rolled back recent updates, but the problem continued. Then I installed Mozilla Firefox and tried logging in from there, but I experienced the exact same issue.

I also checked online to see whether there might be a general outage or restriction affecting Pinterest, but I only found news about an old restriction from 2025, which was reportedly resolved. I did not see any current outage or technical problem being reported.

I request that Pinterest conduct the necessary technical investigation so that my account can function normally and stably on the web version, and that any existing issue be identified and resolved.
