Dyson V12 Wand Out of Stock for Months

Even though I have been using my Dyson V12 vacuum carefully, the wand (pipe) broke about two months ago. I contacted Dyson’s official website to purchase a replacement part, but I was informed that the wand has been out of stock for a long time and that they would be unable to assist me until it becomes available again. As a result, I haven’t been able to use my vacuum for two months and have been greatly inconvenienced.
Although my product is no longer under warranty, I am unable to benefit from it because the replacement part is unavailable. I live in Ordu, Turkey, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. No payment was requested for the replacement part, since it isn’t currently in stock.
I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the replacement wand be supplied and delivered to me promptly.
