The pipe section of my Dyson V12 vacuum broke about two months ago. Since my warranty expires on December 28, 2024, I was told that I would need to purchase the replacement part myself. However, despite following up regularly with both Dyson’s website and customer service over the past two months, the pipe part has not come back in stock, and I still can’t obtain it. This is my only vacuum, so the situation has been quite frustrating.
When I contacted customer service, they told me to wait until the stock is updated, but no actual solution has been offered during this time. Not being able to purchase a replacement part — even at my own expense — has made my situation worse.
I’m requesting that Dyson supply the replacement pipe part as soon as possible and resolve my issue promptly.
