Dyson V12 Replacement Wand Not in Stock for 2 Months

7I am using a Dyson V12 vacuum, and the wand has broken. For nearly two months, I have been unable to use the product because the replacement wand has been out of stock. Every time I call customer service or send an email, I receive only the response “please track the stock,” yet my issue has not been resolved during this entire period.
Since the wand is broken, I cannot use the vacuum at all, which means I cannot clean my home properly and it has seriously affected my daily routine. The product is sitting here unusable, and all I am told is to keep waiting for stock.
I request that Dyson urgently supply the replacement wand and send it to me, and that this ongoing inconvenience be resolved as soon as possible.
