Dyson V12 Vacuum Stopped Working, Battery Replacement Delayed for Over a Month

I own a Dyson V12 vacuum, which suddenly stopped working. After contacting customer service, they informed me that the battery was the issue and placed an order for a replacement. This order was made on October 20, and it’s now September 1—still no replacement has arrived. I have no backup vacuum, a baby at home, and my house is a mess. I paid a significant amount for this vacuum, and now I’m left without one, despite the fact that my warranty is valid until November. It's incredibly frustrating that such an expensive product leaves me in this situation. I urgently need Dyson to resolve this and send the replacement.
