Dyson V12 Vacuum Filter and Suction Issues Persist Despite Replacements

About a year ago, I purchased a Dyson V12 stick vacuum (serial number T8GEURJA9924A) directly from an official Dyson seller. Around three months later, I began experiencing repeated "clean filter" errors, prompting me to contact customer service, who sent a replacement filter. However, the issues never stopped. Despite having a clean spare filter, I kept getting the filter error and "airway blocked" warnings before even finishing the first room. Additionally, the vacuum's suction power declined significantly, never reaching its original performance and frequently stopping with errors. I spent a lot of time dealing with filter replacements and trying to clear airway blockages. Often, I found myself rushing to clean the house quickly before the warnings appeared. Today, I contacted Dyson customer service again, demonstrated all the issues via video call, and they witnessed the entire situation. A service ticket was opened, and I was instructed to pack the vacuum for service pickup. I have guests coming over, and now I can't even vacuum my home. I’m currently searching for a box to send it in. I’ve never been so disappointed with a product that I was initially so excited to buy. The money I spent feels completely wasted.

Since I bought the Dyson v12 upright vacuum cleaner with serial number T8GEURJA9924A, my problems have not ceased. The device constantly gave filter errors and airway blockage errors. They sent a replacement filter once, but the problem persisted. The device was sent to the service center, and it was returned saying there was no issue after cleaning without doing anything. The same problem continued. Customer service asked me to show it via video call again this time. I don't understand why we are constantly trying to convince ourselves to do video calls. Additionally, representative Ms. Yağmur practically accused me of lying, saying if there was a problem, you would have called earlier. She said if there is no problem during the video call, then there is no issue with the device. I have reported this problem multiple times since I got the device, but customer experience is not taken seriously at all. I cannot use this device due to the filter and blockage issues. Even with the new filter, this problem was not resolved, but I couldn't call because I work and customer service closes at 7. I get home at 8, and they want us to be next to the device. My previous complaint was also noted, and it was concluded without producing any solution. Such poor service and such a poor device cannot exist; I only regret that my money has gone to waste.
