Dyson Service Charging for Same Defect Repeatedly – V12 Vacuum Complaint

I’ve been very dissatisfied with my Dyson V12 vacuum, which I purchased about four years ago. Before the warranty expired, the device began shutting off immediately whenever I pressed the power button. When we took it to the service center, it was repaired under warranty. However, the same issue occurred again a year later, and we had to take it back to the service center. In total, we’ve experienced this same malfunction three times within four years.

Last month, the same problem happened again, and I dropped the device off at the Dyson service center in Ankara Kentpark Mall. This time, however, since the warranty had expired, I was told that I needed to pay $157 for the repair. Moreover, I was informed that even if I paid this fee, the same malfunction could occur again in about a year — meaning I might have to pay for the same repair again. This approach has seriously undermined my trust in both the product’s quality and Dyson’s customer service.

My order number is 400001766. Since purchasing the device, it has never performed efficiently, and we’ve faced the same repeated issue every year. While Dyson products are heavily promoted on social media as reliable and long-lasting, our repeated experience with this unresolved defect has been a huge disappointment.

I request a free replacement for my product. The fact that the same issue keeps recurring clearly indicates a chronic defect in the product, and that the previous repairs did not provide a permanent solution. I expect Dyson to resolve this issue and compensate for the inconvenience I’ve faced.
