My Dyson V15 Stopped Working Right After Warranty Expired

I purchased the Dyson V15 vacuum, expecting long-term quality and performance given its premium price. However, the product’s warranty expired on January 24, 2025, and immediately afterward, the device began shutting off during use. It’s hard not to feel like this was built to fail the moment the warranty ran out.

When I contacted customer service, I was told I’d have to pay ₺5600 to send it in for repair, since the warranty had just expired. Aside from that, they said there’s nothing else they can do. This kind of response is incredibly frustrating for someone who invested heavily in what was supposed to be a top-tier product.

I didn’t spend years saving just to buy something that fails in two years. We even bought other Dyson products as a family, and every single one has had issues. Customer support has been equally disappointing—they were unhelpful even when the products were still under warranty.

I plan to take this to the Consumer Arbitration Board and do everything within my rights to hold Dyson accountable. I feel completely let down and wouldn’t recommend Dyson to anyone considering a vacuum. I hope this helps others make a more informed choice.

I spoke with the support team and was told that I would not be assisted again, that I would have to pay 5600₺ and send the vacuum cleaner to the service. I already know this information, so why are you calling me again for this? My problem still hasn't been solved, the vacuum cleaner has become unusable, and I am in the process of taking action regarding this situation. They are not interested.
