Dyson V12 Filter Error Despite Cleaning Warranty Support Issue
I purchased a Dyson V12 vacuum from Dyson Türkiye’s official website, and for the past three months, I have been experiencing a persistent filter issue. Even though I have cleaned the filter multiple times, the device keeps showing the warning message “clean the filter.”
I contacted Dyson customer service several times regarding this problem, but instead of providing technical support or a proper solution, they only offered me a paid maintenance kit. Since my product is still under warranty and I have the invoice, I refused this offer and requested that the issue be handled within warranty coverage.
My customer number is 8CX-EU-TAJ5857A, and I live in Muğla/Milas. I find it unacceptable that a device under warranty is being dismissed with paid solutions instead of proper repair service.
I am demanding that my Dyson V12 be repaired free of charge under warranty or, if necessary, replaced with a new unit. Dyson should honor its warranty commitments and provide adequate technical support for its customers.
