Hello, I’m frustrated with my Dyson V12 cordless vacuum. The connection point on the tube has broken, and since the warranty has expired, I’ve been trying to contact customer service for assistance. However, I’ve had no success in reaching anyone, and the replacement part is exorbitantly expensive.
From the beginning, this product has been problematic. Within the first month of purchase, the dustbin was difficult to open, and after reporting the issue, Dyson sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement part never worked as well as the original, but I had no choice but to accept it. Now, the red latch on the tube connection has broken, leaving the vacuum unusable.
This vacuum was a significant investment, and I’m shocked by the lack of after-sales support from Dyson. Am I supposed to throw away this expensive product? Dyson needs to stand by its promises and provide prompt assistance or a reasonably priced replacement part. I expect a solution immediately.
