I’ve Had Ongoing Issues with My Dyson V12 Tube and Dustbin Lid Not Closing Properly

I’ve had constant problems with my Dyson V12 vacuum since the day I bought it. Now, the connection tube doesn’t lock into place properly, and the dustbin lid won’t close fully either. These issues seriously affect the vacuum’s performance. I contacted Dyson customer service hoping for support, but they were of no help at all.

They told me the warranty expired in December, which only added to my frustration—because I’ve been dealing with defects from the very beginning. For a product at this price point (₺), I expected much higher durability and better customer support.

Dyson, I’m asking you to take responsibility for a product that has clearly been faulty from the start. Please provide a solution immediately.
