I purchased my Dyson V11 from Dyson’s official website a year ago and was initially very satisfied. However, the main cleaning head broke, and Dyson sent me a replacement head. Unfortunately, even though it is listed as compatible, it does not perform well at all.
Instead of effectively vacuuming, it scatters debris around the room. On top of that, my vacuum, which is supposed to last 40 minutes on Med mode, now shuts off after only 19 minutes. It has become useless for cleaning my 90m² home—it couldn’t even pick up spilled flour!
I shared video evidence of these issues with Dyson support, and they asked me to send the device in for inspection. After reviewing it, they claimed there were no problems, insisting the battery was fine. But the issue isn’t the battery—the replacement head does not work properly, and now, the brush inside the head randomly stops spinning while in use. Sometimes, the entire vacuum shuts off unexpectedly, yet Dyson tells me this is "normal."
How am I supposed to catch the exact moment the head stops working when it happens randomly? Dyson is not providing a real solution. I am extremely frustrated and need help. Either send me the exact same head as my original one or replace my device entirely. I have been left without a working vacuum for too long! Please resolve this issue immediately! 🙏🥺
