Dyson Supersonic I Bought as New Was Already Registered by Someone Else
On September 2, 2025, I purchased a Dyson Supersonic device from the official Dyson website with invoice number B012025000914425 and order number 910902534511. The product was delivered to me on Wednesday, September 3. I opened the box but never used the device—I did not plug it in or even unwrap the cables. When I tried to register the product under my name, I received a notification stating that it was already registered. This led me to believe that the device may have been previously registered and possibly used by someone else. A product I purchased should have been brand new and unused, so encountering this situation was both surprising and frustrating. I request a clear and truthful explanation from Dyson as to why my product appeared as previously registered, and I demand a product replacement to resolve my grievance.
