On September 21, 2023, I bought a Dyson Cyclone v10 Absolute+ upright vacuum from the seller 'Rain Elektromarket' on the online platform 'Epttavm,' using the order code PTT-MET6QGH13-210923. The product arrived in brand-new condition, complete with a warranty and an invoice. On July 3, 2024, I reached out to Dyson customer service to inquire about a service covered by the warranty. As per your request, I have provided the necessary serial number and invoice. Even though I provided all the required and lawful information, I was told that I cannot receive the 'free technical service' covered by my warranty because the invoice was not issued in Dyson's name, even though my warranty is still in effect. I kindly ask for legal action to be taken in order to address this violation of my rights and reinstate my right to receive free service as a consumer.
