Dyson Asked If I’m the New Owner Wondering If I Received a Returned Product
I just got the Dyson Airwrap Complete Long model, and when I went to register the serial number on the app, it popped up a message asking, "Are you the new owner of this product?" I'm a bit worried about this because I want to find out if the product I bought was previously purchased, registered, and then returned. I'm really disappointed to find out that I got a used or returned product without any heads up. I'd really like a straightforward explanation and, if needed, a way to fix this problem. I got the Airwrap thinking it would be a great new product, and I really hope Dyson can sort this out soon and in a professional way.
