Dyson Delayed My Gen5 Vacuum Replacement Head for Over 3 Months

On October 16, 2024, I contacted Dyson to report an issue. The two side wheels of the main head of my Gen5 vacuum had fallen off. They informed me that they would send a replacement head under warranty, and my request was logged. However, Dyson has been canceling and recreating my order intermittently due to stock shortages. It’s been three months, and I still haven’t received the product. Every time I call, they tell me the product is out of stock and will be sent as soon as it’s available. How is it possible for such a large company like Dyson to have their stock not updated for three months? It’s incomprehensible. While you promptly take ₺30,000 for a vacuum, you expect us to endure delays for months. Are you this patient with us? It’s outrageous! This situation is absurd, and I am experiencing a serious inconvenience. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue.
